CPU Cooler Fan was not clipped on to CPU heatsink, and this was visible through case window. As I was already intending to install my own hard drives, I had no qualms with opening the case and reattaching the fan. This seemed, however, to be more of a design problem with the fan itself (manufacturer to blame) as the clip-on mechanism (Arctic Cooler 7) is very simple to detach - so I wouldn't blame Ginger6 for this. Otherwise, absolutely fantastic! Prompt delivery, great cable management within case, all parts installed correctly and required CDs / manuals included too. Brilliant customer service: very quick to respond via email (provided you use the contact form on their site) and very polite and helpful via phone. Solid 5/5 for Ginger6, would definitely recommend.
