The overall customer service I have to say is fantastic. Can't fault that. When first delivered the computer was delivered and wouldn't turn on. Which was sent back and returned fixed. The only other issue was that my hard drive hadn't been installed, so I had to spend 5 hours partitioning and formatting hard drive when I first received the computer. The website could use some minor improvements, such as a recommendation, for the power supply, or cooling supply. I reckon this would benefit those who are less experienced in building computer. This would also save the staff time since they would not have to contact customers in order to recommend upgrades. Besides this, I am happy with the service
