Good pre-buy technical advice. I wanted a games spec PC but with a quieter case. Order placed online and delivered in 2 days (standard service), although could be longer at busier times. Minor issue was that the graphic card fan bracket had fallen off in transit. A quick phone call (immediately answered by a technical expert) sorted that with a very clear Youtube video tutorial emailed to me as we spoke which showed how to fix it. All working perfectly to spec with Windows pre-installed. Prices significantly lower than competitors, but they don't seem to skimp on quality or service. Strongly recommend.
