Very easy to use website for selection and ordering of equipment. Very wide range/choice with competitive prices. One technical query quickly and fully answered by email. Computer arrived 4 days after order (standard service), with email on order acceptance and on despatch. The CPU fan had fallen off in transit - easily clipped back on again but worth investigating any rattles etc. before switching on. The fan clip wire was loose inside and could have shorted out circuitry. Windows etc. all pre-loaded and good to go plus Bullguard anti-virus, but no other freebies/junk. Recommended esp. for high end games machines,
