I'd be very happy to recommend Ginger6 based on my experience. We were let down by another retailer (despite taking payment, email received on the delivery day to say our laptop wasn't available and wouldn't be coming). My son recommended Ginger6 as he'd been satisfied with the service he'd had when he purchased his computer. It was the Saturday before bank holiday Monday and I wanted the laptop by the Thursday for my (other) son's birthday. I emailed Ginger6 to see if I could get an assurance that next day delivery would really mean we got it on the Wednesday. I promptly got a reply (from Kevin) to say that they were closed and reopening on Tuesday, after the bank holiday, and next day delivery would indeed be Wednesday. The laptop duly arrived on the Wednesday. I was impressed with getting a reply that soothed my anxiety on the bank holiday weekend, and Ginger6 did just what they said they would (unlike the other retailer who we won't be going back to).
