I’ve purchased several bottles from them. When base gave out on one of them, I went to order that part and together with it, another bottle since shipping cost was way more than a base itself. Once I’ve received the order confirmation somehow only the bottle was processed and base remained in the cart, reminding me via automated emails that I still have items ready to check out. I’ve searched for customer service. No number just email. No response. After a week I’ve ordered the base by itself as it was easier than getting a hold of someone. When bottle arrived, it was defective. It would not screw on the base. I’ve tested the base with other bottles and it worked fine and glass with other bases I had and clearly it was defective. Emailed. No response again. As a side note, base has scratches in the finish abrasive enough to cut yourself and sleeve keeps getting caught on it as well. This is poor quality control for any price point and customer service is non existent.
