I ordered the flower in more than 2 weeks advance. I reserved it to deliver in December 31,2020. But they messed up. I even write to their costumer service to tell them to ship out earlier! They told me not to worry, the flower will be arrived in time. But today is January 2, 2021!! I still don’t have my order!!! So disappointing and will not buy anything from this store ever again and will not recommend to anyone!! I don’t even want to give a one star because I don’t have my order yet! How dare you!!
