05/04/21 I received my two orders and one of the orders the flowers were crushed and broken. So glad we had opened both upon delivery - the good arrangement was fragrant and beautifully packaged . I Immediately contacted Glam Fleur CS via email that night and I was shocked that they responded to me so quickly within a few minutes. They had me fill out online a warranty claim and they said they would contact me next day - I followed up with a call in am and the manager Josell was very apologetic and polite. They were happy to replace that arrangement but unfortunately they can’t ship it out before Mother’s Day do to the rush of holiday orders. 05/14/21 UPDATE: What a great company! They turned a disappointing experience into a fabulous outcome. My new replacement Montage arrangement arrived early the next week...absolutely gorgeous, pristine condition, very fragrant and enhanced 2.5 times larger than the original as a heartfelt apology. Wow, that was amazing good faith gesture from the company...you don't see that very often! That made me a loyal GF customer from that very moment. I highly recommend GLAM FLEUR!
