"Absolute Nightmare – Avoid Glam Fleur at All Costs!" I’ve had the worst experience imaginable with Glam Fleur, and I’m honestly shocked by how they treat their customers. I ordered flowers that arrived damaged in transit—crushed, wilted, and far from the luxurious arrangement they advertise. I immediately reached out to their customer service for an exchange, but they’ve been completely unresponsive. I’ve been waiting over TWO MONTHS for a return shipping label, and still nothing! I’ve sent countless emails, left messages, and even tried reaching them through social media—no reply, no updates, nothing. It’s like they vanish once they get your money. They refuse to acknowledge the issue or take any responsibility for their faulty product. What kind of company refuses to stand by their product, especially when it’s clearly damaged during delivery? I’ve never dealt with such horrible customer service in my life. They don’t care about their customers or making things right. If you value your time, money, or sanity, stay far away from Glam Fleur. You’ll get better service picking flowers yourself than dealing with this complete disaster of a company. Total waste of money. I wish I could give zero stars.
