I recently rejoined GlamCorner after being a member a couple of years ago. I was finally feeling like there was room in my budget to spoil myself again, but have been fairly disappointed by this new experience in comparison to a few years ago.
The app remains clunky - not loading properly and repeating items as you scroll through.
The packaging has been downgraded and felt extremely cheap. A non branded grey plastic bag with the items balled up inside. There used to be a box with the items folded in tissue paper. The new experience left the clothes more creased, and did not have a premium feel.
The old return process was much easier and efficient, and felt more reliable, as it was walk through australia post. The new sendle process was frustrating as the website does not accurately represent drop off locations in East Brisbane. I also felt like dropping off my parcel at tobacconist (the closest available drop off location) was unpleasant and I did not feel confident leaving $100s of dollars worth of clothes there. Shipping and returns were slower - and I was not able to order my next parcel once I had dropped my returns off (which I believe used to be possible).
The size range has not really expanded since I was last a member, it remains disappointing to see less clothes available to order in sizes 12+. If they are stocked they are always not available for my next order.
My experience so far does not make me really want to stay pass the minimum contract period.
