The worst possible company ever. Do not trust them. They have major issues with quality, payments, client service etc. My journey with them starts in February when I made my first order (an engagement ring), everything went smoothly but the ring was too big. I decided to change it because it took less (10 days) rather than to resize (25 days) and this is when the trouble started and put the reimbursed money into Credit Store because it was faster. When i did the new order, 2 of my orders were cancelled by their payment department although I used the same credit card from my first order. Until this got fixed, I lost 1 week and then they had delays with the delivery. I was so happy when I got the ring in April, but so disapointed afterwards when I saw that the size still did not fit (although I took the measure in 3-4 ring shops) and that it had serious defects. When I asked to be reimbursed I was refused several times because my money is blocked in Credit Store and I am forced to buy something else from them. This is unacceptable!, and after several complaints this still has not been fixed and now I am involving lawyers into it. They ruined one of the most important moments of my life!
