Avoid at all cost. Ruined the whole experience and wedding for us with not only by delaying our order but sending the wrong ring wrong size and different ones. When you are trying to get updates via email or call they give you 0 actual information and just talking air hoping somehow your order will magically go out even though they have no idea what is happening and can’t give actual updates. Once they got your ring wrong they just casually tell you that the whole process will take probably over a month so basically no hope that you will have the wedding rings you have ordered and you can only hope that maybe at some point they will get it right in the future. This whole company and service is a joke with clowns making false promises and providing terrible service. Than you again on behalf of my finance and myself… truly unforgettable experience.
