Awful experience with Glamira. Please avoid to purchase any items from them. Got my engagement ring and had to change it as size was not correct. They refunded the money in store credit for me to purchase the right size. The second ring that came was very poor quality and the stones weren't shinny at all despite choosing the higher quality saphire. Return item and complain about poor quality. Glamira is refusing to refund the money back into my account. Been calling every day for 2 weeks and only have an awful customer service that just repeats the same: "against company policies". Will be contacting my credit card to have the money back today. Very upsetting experience with Glamira in general and very poor quality items.
