So, for my big day I chose Glamira services and I ordered my wedding rings well before the wedding day so I have time to change them or change sizes. The story short: they chosen DPD delivery services are really poor and after two attempts to deliver ( not even phoning me or giving me a time slot) the rings were send back to Glamira. I been calling Glamira customer services and emailing them almost every day for more than two weeks and every time the customer services assistant told me the different story and told me to contact DPD and told me that they still havent received the rings ( throught the tracking number I saw that the rings were received two weeks ago). So I received my rings 3 days before the wedding ( 1 month later than estimated delivery) and one of the ring is too small. I had no time to send them back and I had to spend my own money for resizing a ring or I could return them and leave myself without rings on my wedding day. So it was really unpleasant experience, very stressful month and very dissapointing customer service. I would’t recommend Glamira to anyone because I didn’t even get a reply to my email or an apology.
