I would not recommend anyone to go to Glamira if they are going to buy jewelry. We decided to buy rings from Glamira as they have a large selection and you can make the rings the way you want them with the stone you want etc…
When the rings arrived they didn't look exactly like the website, they were still nice, but the pictures on the website were much nicer.
After just a few days, my boyfriend noticed that his ring was getting marks from normal use. It was Christmas and we didn't do any hard work, this was just normal use at home.
My ring didn't get any marks, but I therefore treated it very carefully. I took it off when I showered, I didn't sleep with it, I didn't wear it when I got dressed etc.. still after 2-3 weeks the aquamarine that was on the ring disappears. None of the pins holding the stone had moved, the stone just fell out.
We immediately contact Glamira who say they will not refund anything or help us with repairs.
I have also written to their main office and several of the top in the company but all I get are "copy/paste" answers.
I see several people on reviews have had exactly the same problem as us. Alone we are not strong, but we should go together!
I see that the default answer for Glamira is lifetime warranty and generous returns? Okay, so why don't we get it?
We want the full amount refunded, for both rings. We will proceed with the case if the money is not refunded.
