SCAM ALERT! I recently had a disappointing experience with Glamira. I ordered a ring online and paid $50 extra for shipping to receive it by a certain date. However, it arrived nearly 2 weeks late without a refund for the additional shipping charge. When I received the ring, it wasn't what I expected and so I returned it well within the allotted 60-day period as per their return policy. However, Glamira disputed this fact and claimed that I returned it late. Additionally, they claimed that I had removed a plastic tag from the ring which made it ineligible for return. This policy was not mentioned prior to my return request or I wouldn’t have removed it. Glamira does not operate with integrity and will make up any excuse not to accept returns. Overall, my experience with Glamira was not great. Their customer service left something to be desired and their return policy is a scam. I would advise others to be cautious if considering doing business with this company.
