Rings arrived about a one day past the eta, but where quite well packed and secure. My problem at this point is the fact that I ordered a size 12 men’s , but my ring was more than one size too large. Quite a discrepancy that would suggest that little to no quality control measures were taken in regards to my ring. Glamira customer service has recommended I fill out the online returns application, but I can’t as I can’t select that I need a size 12 because this is the size that I ordered. Also I feel that I shouldn’t be liable for the shipping costs as I didn’t receive what I ordered (a men’s size 12 ring) so now I’m left to question the warranties integrity as this is clearly a manufacturer error and still I may be forced to incur additional shipping costs for nothing more than attempting to be a customer. I have made a formal request with customer support and I am currently waiting a response. My review will be updated as soon as they respond to my complaints.
