For our wedding we choose Glamira rings ,Long story short: ordered the rings in June two months before the weding, rings was to small (our mistake check the sizes in other shop) so we decided to resize and send it back. On the way to Glamira rings was desapered in DPD Dunstable center.After My phone calls and emails to Dpd nobody can explain situation even Dpd not bother to reply to my emails.I reported to Glamira. Excellent customer service specially Andy Miller understands how is important and stressful situation was offered new rings to do for free from the scratch. So I can say Glamira saved our wedding, ensure me what rings will arrive on time,updated me with all steps from production to shipment. Today we had received our beautiful rings, feel so happy and great full to Glamira.
