I ordered a ring on 21st November with a delivery date of 1-4 Dec. This changed to 6th Dec with an email notification. On 6th the status is changed to distributions. WHAT THE NUT JOB IS IT DOING in distribution for 15 days???? When I pay for a product, I am expected to get satisfactory product and service including delivery. Putting the blame on delivery partners is not professional for an international company as you claim. You are holding my money for 1 month today with no product or appropriate responses. What a scam of a business. I was trying to create a special moment for Christmas with this gift. As reading through all of others stories here in review, I feel really bad for everyone who bought rings and other products from this stupid company. I am using your company for the first and last time. I will share this with everyone I know. No tracking number. I AM DONE WAITING!!!!!
