Ordered the item within plenty of time for Christmas and despite a week of chasing the status of the order only to be told it’s in hand, right up until Christmas Eve 2pm be to told it’s been delayed. Now they are refusing to cancel the order l. I have to wait u til they despatched it for me to return it. After reading other reviews it appears this is their strategy so they can they withhold some of the refund while still having a perfectly resealable product. Scam artists
