I am absolutely in love with this ring that I ordered for my partner. The quality is nice and it looks even prettier to the real eyes than in the picture. Also, the customer service support team was very helpful and responded almost immediately when i needed to contact them in regards to a small change in my order. The tiny cute little pendant that came as a free gift with the ring is sooo adorable! I would definitely recommend Glamira to people and gladly order more from them! The box is a basic black paper box, but I prefer it that way - why pay for a box that gets thrown out and wasted. The ring, incl. engraving, is flawless and would cost twice as much in a local shop. It arrived with white fibres caught in one of the gem clamps, probably from production. Will get these removed by a local jeweller, as well as the ring downsized (size M is strangely not available on the website, only M1/2). Overall great online shopping experience. The online ring building/customisation app is second to none. She said yes. ;)
