Ordered a wedding ring on 27th of december 2023, and the delivery estimation was on 8th of January 2024. By this day, 19th of January 2024, i didn't get my order. However it's very strange because they didn't answer me to my emails when i try to contact them, also the chatbot is awful because it's working only on google chrome. Really don't recommend that merchant if you have some plans and want to do your "big step"
