I bought my ring with the 60 day money back offer.
The box arrived slightly faulty, which I sent an email stressing how I needed a replacement asap.....10 days later, no reply.
I now wish to return this item, which there is a returns form, but no returns address.
This company doesn't reply to emails, social media or answer phones, so I have no idea how or even if I can send this back for a refund.
Google reviews all say the same thing about the after service.
