-Immediately said my order would be late, then refused to update the ETA on my dashboard. They legitimately tried to make me wait indefinitely (which is illegal in the UK).
-I had a date in mind for a proposal and after a month and a half, they wouldn't even update their own site with a delivery date. If you're telling me "everything is fine with your order" and it takes 3 days to create, why's it been in processing for 40 days?
-When I asked for a refund, told me they couldn't refund until it was delivered (which they still wouldn't tell me when it'd happen).
-Customer service email just sends you copy and paste rubbish, and the phone line never answers or hangs up immediately.
In the end, as I paid by paypal, I got a refund via there. In the UK, if an item isn't delivered within 30 days it voids The UK Consumer Act of 2015. Screenshot everything and avoid this waste of time and anxiety.
