Would advise all to stay as far away as possible from Glanmira as a company. The ring we ordered was a half size too small (M) so we resent back to Glanmira with a request to size up to (N). They then resized the ring down to an L instead! Kim from customer service then blamed the weather for the ring somehow getting smaller in the post. When trying to speak to the company you can only contact via e-mail and at that, it takes days to get a response from them. Their customer service is absolutely shocking and unbelievable when you consider the sums of money spent on their products, throughout the whole process you are left with complete frustration and anger.
