Their customer service is virtually non-existent, with only AI-generated emails providing repetitive responses. After 26 futile attempts to resolve the issue, I had to resort to requesting a chargeback from my bank. My advice to anyone considering this company: steer clear and opt for a reputable alternative. It’s astonishing that such practices are tolerated in today’s era. Dealing with this level of stress is something I wouldn’t wish upon anyone.
