I have bought a promise ring for my gf from Glamira, the ring came and it was perfect, until we saw it in a natural lighting, it was very rosey-colored, even tho it was supposed to be yellow gold.
We sent the ring back immediately since the money-back guarantee is supposed to be 60 days and they claim that they have the best customer service.
Well about that... I wrote to their AI Bot if I am able to send it for a return, it said yes (I mean obviously but still its gonna be important later.)
Since it was a big chunk of money and I am a student I have to wait for the money to come back and Id buy the ring in 18K Gold instead of 14K Gold since I asked and they said that 18K gold should be more yellow.
They completely dismissed me, were absolutely mean and said that they cant submit a return since it doesnt have a sticker tag on the ring - that I sent with the return (with everything else for that matter), I replied that obviously you dont want to pre-propose with a ring with a sticker, they can either print a new one or reattach the old one somehow.
Anyways fast forward many e-mails and my gf with no ring on her finger for a month now, they said that even if the AI bot said that we qualify for the return, the AI bot is apparently unreliable...I even mentioned that I wanted to buy a proposal ring from them in the future, which was the truth but after this horrible experience absolutely not.
Definitely do not buy from them.
