Worst costumer service ever.
The ring was too big, so it was returned to be resized. (Included in 60 days after buying and removing the seal/tag). After waiting for around 7 weeks, I got a COMPLETELY different ring back. Customer service sends standard responses per email (AI), is never reachable by telephone or chat and now they also say that we are not eligible for a refund or return because the seal on the ring is missing... while the ring they send back to us came without a seal!
My fiancé lost his money and unfortunately I have been without my engagement ring for almost 2 months.
