Let me begin by thanking Glamira's amazing team. i recently sent the ring I purchased back for resizing and received it the other week. The quality is just what you'd expect from an avid jeweller if not better and instead of cutting the ring and potentially ruining the setting of the stones (which most jewellers would have done,) they reproduced it and sent it in a timely manner. The admin team was great, responsive and very polite with me. I would also like to thank the jeweller for this amazing craftsmanship. keep up the great work and I will most certainly be back!!!
