Be careful when buying from this company. The jewellery itself looks lovely but having spent nearly £1k on a additional ring for my wedding stack and I hadnt quite understood that by not purchasing their much more expensive extended warranty policy they wouldn't help or care at all when my ring lost a stone within 8 months of me having it. They have just washed their hands of me and taken my money left me with a broken ring. I take care of my jewellery and this isn't a case or misuse or accidental damage. The clasps on a stone simply didn't hold the stone and the response from GLAMIRA is simply 'you don't have the extended warranty so there is nothing we can do'. They don't even offer a paid for repair service so literally don't care if something goes wrong. I honestly think it's absolutely atrocious that this is how they treat people who have spent this kind of money. My engagement ring has been with me for 20 years and never lost a stone. 8 months with a ring from GLAMIRA and a stone lost and no hope of them helping to replace or repair even if I pay. It's disgusting.
