I ordered an engagement ring. It shipped quicker than expected and everything went well. After the engagement we needed the ring to be resized from 53 to 52mm. I also asked for another minor change that wasn't officially in the resizing offer. When we got the ring back those extra changes had been made for which we are very grateful. So that's also excellent. One feedback to improve: please put the maximum days for the resizing process more prominently (I am sure it's somewhere in the fine print but I didn't find it). Also, the return sticker for UPS, please also send it hy mail or at least notify once/where it can be downloaded for print. I waited for it 2 or 3 days until I dug through the website and found it (didn't find it on the mobile website).
