That's exactly what is stated in their Lifetime Warranty. The Customer Service Department is rarely available by phone. And if the Customer Service bot you're dealing with stonewalls you, they won't refer you to a supervisor or manager. I couldn't find this information online, either. Think twice before you give in to their glitzy marketing and false promises.
