Worst customer service ever. We sent the ring in to be resized, which took 30 business days. Fair enough, as they clearly state this on their website. However, when this repair failed, things got much worse. Suddenly, we were left with a ring that had split into two pieces.
After over two months of struggle, we finally got it back and ended up 500 DKK poorer because their warranty doesn’t cover their own poor repairs. We had to pay for the fact that their repair failed. The customer service during these two months has been abysmal—Google Translate-level responses, and sometimes even answers in Hungarian???
I would NEVER recommend anyone to shop with Glamira. You’ll have a hard time finding service as bad as this. The ring is now back home, and if anything happens to it again, Glamira won’t be fixing it. The so-called “lifetime warranty” can disappear for all I care—I’d rather that than ever deal with them again. Horrible company.
