I have been a customer of Glamira since 2019. Recently, I placed a new order for a Juktas ring made with blue sapphires and rubies. A stunning piece of jewelry, but I didn’t estimate the size correctly, and when the ring arrived, it turned out to be too tight. I returned it for resizing, requesting one size larger than what I originally ordered. I was concerned that my request might not be possible since the ring is very delicate and perhaps difficult to work on. I contacted a customer service representative from Glamira’s team, who kindly assured me that if there were any issues, they would notify me via email. I trusted her and decided to wait. To my surprise, on Christmas Eve, I received the resized ring, and it now fits perfectly without any discomfort. I even wore it in the evening for the celebration.
