★☆☆☆☆ WARNING: Do NOT Buy from GLAMIRA – Worst Customer Experience I’ve Ever Had This is by far one of the most disappointing and frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid GLAMIRA at all costs. I placed an order knowing it had a five-week delivery time — no problem. But two days before the expected delivery date, I get an email confirming it would arrive on time. Then, out of nowhere, they send another email saying it will now be delayed by another TWO WEEKS. When I contacted them to cancel the order and request a refund, explaining that I was leaving the UK for over a month and wouldn’t be around to receive it, I was met with nothing but excuses, stalling tactics, and zero accountability. Their so-called customer service is a joke. You can’t reach anyone on the phone. Emails take days to get a reply. And when they do reply, it’s with copy-paste rubbish and no real help at all. They make it as difficult as possible to get your money back — as if their entire business model is built on delay, blame, and deflection. GLAMIRA is quick to take your money but painfully slow and unhelpful when it comes to refunds, cancellations, or even basic communication. The stress, time, and aggravation I’ve had to go through over something so simple is outrageous. Trust me: do not buy from these people. There are countless other jewellery companies out there with better service, better prices, and better ethics. GLAMIRA doesn’t deserve your money, your trust, or your patience. Absolute shambles of a company. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
