I placed an order for a necklace for my wife's birthday. It was ordered in plenty of time according to Glamira's own estimates and should have arrived weeks before I needed it. Shortly after ordering, I got a revised delivery date pushing a few days later. Still no problem. As the delivery date approached, I got an email with a new date which would bring delivery date to after her birthday.
I contacted customer support asking that the order be cancelled as it would arrive too late. I was told it was too late to stop shipment. I could refuse delivery or start a return but that was all. No other explanation or sympathy from Glamira. The necklace did ship well over a week after my request to cancel and also after the last delivery date I was given. It arrived days after the final delivery date given by Glamira.
I will never even consider another purchase from them. Their customer service is horrible and their delivery dates are not even close. My order was delayed 3 times!
