I purchased a wedding ring from Glamira and I am very disappointed with the quality. The ring was made of white gold, but after just one year – even though I only wore it on special occasions – it turned yellowish. After two years, a small stone/diamond fell out. I chose this company because of their advertised “lifetime warranty,” but in reality it turned out to be meaningless. When I contacted customer service, I was told that the warranty does not cover stones, and as for the discoloration, they claimed it could be due to “various factors” and took no responsibility. This is very frustrating, as a wedding ring should be a high-quality and lasting symbol. I would never purchase from Glamira again and I definitely do not recommend them to others.
