I ordered a wedding dress and the package did not arrive on time. I asked for a full refund for the dress and shipping and from that moment my nightmare began. Glamlora refused to send me the full amount of money and when I asked for a full refund they even started changing tactics and sent me an email saying they would only refund 50%....This is really unfair approach to pre-paid dresses!!! Be careful when ordering from this company.
