Disappointed because they are denying i sent them a request for a refund. I sent it from their website and they have no record of it. How does that happen when it's from the inquiry page they have directly on their website! I had to find another way to reach them through email and then someone responded, but by then the 14 days allotted was gone. But how it that my fault. They need to check where their inquires go that people send from their website. Is there even a phone number to call Customer Service? I didn't find one on their website.
