I ordered two mugs and when they arrived in one piece of bubble wrap in a thin cardboard box (no indication that the contents were fragile) one of the mugs was broken. I returned the broken mug in the same packaging the very next day as instructed by second class recorded delivery and have not had any correspondence and that was almost two weeks ago. I expect a replacement and preferably reimbursed for the postage needed to return the damaged mug. Whilst I like the design of the mugs I feel that the glaze on the inside is poor as it is not a particularly smooth finish. If I visit Glasgow then I may purchase one from shop but I will not be buying from the store online again.
