Hello, I ordered a Glasgow 2014 lapel Pin on 28/5/14, and it arrived quickly. The first thing I noticed as I pulled it from my mailbox was a slight scratch on my finger, and could see a small part of the pin coming through the Mail Lite bag. The lapel pin was in its own in a very thin quality polythene bag. There was no additional wrapping around it, so it had come through the Mail Lite bag. The pin was bent where heavier mail had squashed the protuding pin and I am unable to satisfactorily pin it to my clothing. I was dissapointed as It was of a much smaller size and thinner quality than I had expected, compared, for example with the 2012 Olympics lapel badges I had purchased at that time. I am returning the pin with the Returns Slip as indicated on the Delivery Note, and would like a new one sent, but if possible of improved quality & better value.
