The site was not very user friendly. Firstly, items were still showing when in fact they had sold out. You could only find this out when you clicked on the item. Secondly, I tried three times to try and pay and it failed each time. I eventually went on to the site again the next day and was able to order the items. I have had an email to say that the items are on the way, however when I clicked on the "Click here" which states I would be taken to the Hermes site and wouldn't need a tracking number, it said there was no record. I have tried again today and it just says Order Generated with no further details.
