Your online sales service is appalling. When I registered with the online shop, I provided all of the requested contact details. The online shopping web site does not provide customer access in order to check that the registered details are correct. When submitting my order I received no email confirmation that the order had been placed. The online shopping web site indicates that orders will normally be dispatched within 24hours after the order is placed. The online shopping web site does not provide customer access to check the status of an order placed. Two times I had to call a sales support phone number to check the status of my order which then took 14 days to be delivered. An unhappy customer.
