I am totally shocked that I have been asked to write a review as I have not yet had the promised confirmation email for either of my purchases. I can understand that your site is probably inundated with visits/orders but I am very disappointed that it was so difficult to place my orders in the first place. I had to try several times to place the first order as the 'Sage Payment' kept coming up as failed. When my payment was finally accepted I tried to place my second order and couldn't even access the shop, when that finally went through accessing the 'Clyde' page was even more difficult, I eventually was able to place the second order but as already intimated I have still not received either confirmation email and on checking my bank account am very concerned that payment has been taken for three not two purchases from my bank account.
