There is no detail of how goods will be delivered. You cannot contact the courier directly. Despite me advising the glasgow shop that we will be out at work during the day the courier has attempted to deliver the parcel twice and left a card. Unlike royal mail you cannot go and collect it. They will attempt a 3rd delivery then return the goods to the shop. Thats why i have rated this as poor. When will i get my goods???????
