I have been very disappointed with the service provided. I placed an order on 26th July, the courier attempted to deliver this on 31jul, but as I was not in they left a card only indicating that they could not deliver because a signature was required, however would attempt to deliver the next day, although this was not suitable for me there was no number or contact details for the courier company available, either on the card provided or on the internet. I emailed the help desk to ask for courier contact details twice but received no reply. I left a note for the courier on 01aug asking them to leave the parcel with a neighbour, however they failed to turn up at all. The parcel eventually was deliver late afternoon on Saturday, however there was further disappointment when I discovered that the main item was the wrong colour.
