I was disappointed with the service of the Glasgow 2014 shop. I ordered two items of clothing and when the order arrived one of the items was not what I had ordered despite the correct description being on the order note. I contacted the shop by email who said that due to low stock they couldn't offer exchange but could refund the money if I filled in the attached form and sent the article back. Fine - but there was no attachment to the email!! I have decided to keep the item as to try and get refund and reorder an article that I would prefer, I would have to contact them again for form, pay to send the wrong article back and pay delivery again to replace it. POOR SERVICE!!
