Not at all happy. Ordered a mascot on 28th July, I was told it would take 3working days to be delivered. It is now 5th August , I still have not received mascot. I phoned on Mon 4thAugust, to be told my delivery date was Tuesday 5th August....still nothing, after numerous phone calls, being told different things depending of staff, I have now been told, the delivery has been lost. They are sending me out another mascot, refunding postage, but have to wait another 9 days before I receive it. I have one unhappy, sad 4yrs old Grandson. Very disappointed . Defo won't order anything again.
