Ordered a few this call things a while ago (early August). One was out of stock, and the order was waiting for that to come in. I called after a month to be told that back orders wouldn't be fulfilled now - this triggered the rest of the order to be sent - with a refund to be processed. If I hadn't called I don't know when the order would have been dispatched. No option given to substitute the item, so when I went back online to order something else I've had to pay the delivery charge in full again. First parcel now arrived but order from 2 Sept still outstanding although dispatch was due within 5 working days. Invoice doesnt reference payment card (even last 4 numbers) so not sure if refund has been processed either. V disappointing.
