Initially we had terrible trouble ordering from the website, perhaps it was particularly busy with bargain hunters. The next day we managed to order four items, two were 'in stock' and two were 'on order'. We were suspicious that these 'on order' items would never arrive because why would they order new stock for what is effectively a closing down sale. Two weeks later, after hearing nothing, I contacted the Glasgow shop and was told they had been waiting for stock, a new shipment had arrived and, surprise, surprise, the items we were waiting for were not there. Had I known that these two items were never going to be available I probably wouldn't have ordered anything. I certainly don't appreciate having the wool pulled over my eyes and overall it's been a pretty poor effort by the Glasgow 2014 shop.
